This process is the newest and most nutritious way to prepare tea. As a concentrated version of tea, micro-ground tea is even richer in antioxidants and nutrients.
This Blue Instagram darling doesn’t just look good but is utterly delicious. Smooth and rich. Butterfly pea flowers are anti-inflammatory and keep the skin healthy.
Hot: Whisk powder with a small amount of milk first to make a smooth paste. Then add the rest of the milk and whisk until smooth.
Cold: Combine milk, powder and some ice cubes in a blender. Mix until smooth.
