We preserve the finer fruity notes of this coffee by medium roasting the African Arabicas while the Guatemalan Robusta gets a slightly shorter and more intense roast to add roastiness and body.

This coffee blend combines fine African Arabicas hauling from Zimbabwe and Zambia with high-grade, fully washed-robustas from Guatemala.
