A lifelong dream of pursuing his passion for the craft of exceptional coffee became reality for Charles Litterst when he took the leap and started Zavida Coffee Roasters in 1982. Today, that passion lives on at Zavida; a proudly Canadian company dedicated to the art of sourcing and blending quality beans enjoyed around the world. Here, we explore the art of coffee, playing with flavour like artists working with colours on canvas as we roast and pack our creations. Flavoured coffee is a passion at Zavida, and it’s where we’ve placed most of our focus. The fun, happy, and celebratory nature of flavoured coffee is the cornerstone of our company. At Zavida, we focus most of our resources on creating and perfecting a curated range of flavoured coffees in different formats – from whole beans to ground coffee, single-serve cups, and individual pouches. The liveliness of flavoured coffee is what inspired the name of Zavida! It’s a play on words for “la vida”, which means life in Spanish.
